Service providers
We keep the list of outside companies short. These are the ones that handle information from this Site:
- Netlify hosts the Site and processes our contact form. When you send the form, Netlify receives and stores the name, business name, email address, phone number, and message you typed, and notifies us by email so we can reply. Netlify also receives your IP address and browser details as part of serving the pages you request. See the Netlify Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics measures Site traffic for us. Google receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. It does not receive your name, email address, or phone number, because we never send contact form data to it. Each company handles this information under its own privacy policy, linked above. We hire them to run the Site and to measure traffic, we do not sell information to them, and they do not pay us for it. If we add another provider that handles your personal information, we will name it here.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, records we keep for tax or contract purposes).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past twelve months, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

We will ask you to confirm a few details we already hold, such as the email address you contacted us from, so we can be sure we are talking to the right person. We answer requests within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask that agent for written proof of your permission.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
